Please come join us for an evening of silky buttery smooth Yacht Rock Hits by one of SOCALs most talented and versatile amazing Yacht Rock acts. They are a Nautically themed show band  Comprised of between 5 – 7 stellar musicians: Rodney Thurman / Vox , Monica Saylor/ Vox  Kevin Bachelder  - Vocalist / Trumpet , Allison Piccioni - Vocalist / Keys / Sax, Dieter Weinzettl / Drums, Melvin Brannon  - Bass  and Frank Browne - Guitar . This crew has opened for and or performed with numerous National touring acts such as:  Pablo Cruise . Peter Becket / Player , Elliott Lurie / Looking Glass , Kevin Cronin / REO , Cindy Lauper , Booker T & The MGs and many more over the Years as well as laying down licks as top notch musicians on various albums throughout their careers. Since the Yacht Rock style of music is a hybrid of Jazz , Rock, Pop and Soul. Thus It was natural  decision for the band to take form since all the performers had a ton of experience in those respective genres from their past and ongoing musical endeavors. TYG’s past performances include numerous shows at : Wineries , Country Clubs, Concert Venues , Casinos, Parks and Private Parties throughout the Southland. The response from the fans overall has been hands down overwhelming great.  Performances are usually viewed in a 90 minute concert style show format or can be split into two sets with an intermission . The audience will hear a polished compilation of all the recognizable 70’s & 80s Soft Rock and AM Radio Yacht Rock & Soul Groove hits your surely going to love. This party band pumps out a boat load of those recognizable  easy listening party tunes of yesteryear as done in a fun filled laid back very Jimmy Buffettesque concert format.
